From our apartments you're quickly at Brose Arena – Zollnerstraße 195 in eastern Bamberg is especially close. Straight back after the game, no traffic on the ring road.

Brose Arena hosts plenty of concerts (Nik P, Bülent Ceylan etc.). After the show, no multi-hour drive home – just a short trip back to the apartment.
Easy to extend the weekend
Game on Saturday night, old town on Sunday – Maxplatz, the cathedral, Little Venice and the Sand district are all a few minutes on foot from Luitpoldstraße 16 near the main station.
Which unit works best for the game?
If you arrive by car and want to stay centrally near the main station, pick our apartments on Luitpoldstraße 16: just a short drive to Brose Arena and quickly back in your apartment after the final whistle. Resident-area parking around the property is usually free.
If you prefer it quieter and closer to the arena, take an apartment on Zollnerstraße 195 in eastern Bamberg (own fully-equipped kitchen, private bathroom, fast Wi-Fi). From there Brose Arena is an easy walk via Forchheimer Straße – workable after a regular game, after late concerts better by taxi or bus 906.
Getting there, parking and the way back
By car: Brose Arena, Forchheimer Straße 21. Parking on event days is limited and paid – staying with us, just park at the apartment and drive to the arena from there.
By train: Bamberg main station. From there bus 906 (toward Forchheim, stop 'Brose Arena') or a taxi (~10 min). Staying on Luitpoldstraße 16 you're a few minutes' walk from the main station and can take the bus or a taxi to the arena.

Groups and fan clubs travelling together can book several apartments at the same address – Luitpoldstraße 16 has up to five apartments in one building – less coordination, and you can meet up in one apartment before the game. Are the apartments also suitable for concerts at the arena?+
Yes, arrival and distance are identical. For late concerts the short drive back is especially nice – quickly back and you're in bed.
Is there parking at the accommodation?+
On Zollnerstraße 195 and the surrounding streets you'll usually find free street parking. If you come by car, park at the apartment and walk to the arena.
Is a longer stay worthwhile?+
Very much so. Bamberg is UNESCO World Heritage – old town, cathedral, Little Venice and the brewery pubs are an easy walk from Luitpoldstraße 16, and a quick bus or bike ride from Zollnerstraße 195. Many guests combine a Brose game with a city-break weekend.
